This week i have really enjoyed watching the Cricut shows on Create and Craft. Melanie Heaton is so enthusiastic about her crafting. I always love her samples as so much work and thought have gone into them, so i thought i would play and see if i could come up with my version of some of her cards. Mine are not nearly as good but it was still fun playing :)

It has been such a hectic time at work this week i have not managed any real crafting so today i am determined to play with my cameo and try and cut some stencils. My serif Digi kits arrived this week so i must sit and load them on to my computer :)

I hope that everyone had a wonderful Easter weekend. Saturday was spent scrapping with my friends at Bristol Scrappers. We have been meeting the first Saturday of every month for nearly 8 years now. The best bunch of girls you could ever wish to meet :)

This weekend i managed to finish 2 scrapbook pages and play some more with my Serif software. Digital scrapping is fun but i still much prefer getting mucky with my paint and glue.http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=1200981903

I like many scrappers love my paper flowers. Usually i order mine from "wild orchid crafts" as their postage is very reasonable and they dispatch very very quickly.I got given this bag jammed packed with flowers so won't have to order for a "little " while :). Now what to do with them :)

Yesterdays achivement

I did as i said yesterday and had a play with my Promarkers, was i pleased with how they worked out? not sure. One thing i know is that i have to practice more, or get more colours :) Using promarkers certainly made me look at the stamps that i own and which ones i would use with this medium. I am told that the card that you use can make a big difference to the end result so i have orderd some and will let you know what i think.

I also had a play with my cameo and decided that i would put my mark on mine, looks good i think :)

Practice with Pro markers

I sappose i am like a LOT of crafters out there who buy all the new things when they come on the market and they end up sitting in a drawer doing nothing. Well i have promised myself this year that i WILL use and play with my stash. Today i am going to play with my pro markers, so wish me luck :)

Digital Scrapping

Quite a while back i bought the craft artist software and as usual for me it sat on my computer doing nothing! Well after watching numerous programmes on create and craft i thought it was time to actually use it. I know it is far from brilliant but here is one of my first attempts :)
